Agri-Culture is now accepting applications for its 2012 Jimmie Cox Memorial Scholarship. JIMMIE COX MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP A $2,000 award for a student entering or currently attending college and majoring in agriculture. This award will be made for the remaining years in college (max. 4-years) with verification of registration for each session of full time classes.

Poster & Poetry Contest Deadline

The 2012 Poetry and Poster Contests are now underway, and sumsissions must be received before Friday, February 24, 2012 at 5:00PM. Contest is open to grades K-6, with the winning entry used on 15,000 placemats and distrubuted to county restaurants next year!  First Prize is a $200 savings bond, Second and Third place winners will be given a special proze and ribbon.
